As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Service Team with the following information:
- The order number – This starts with GGF- in your order email.
- The faulty item’s name and number. Find this after the product title (#xxxx) in your order email.
- A description of the fault.
We will aim to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
No, all products purchased on www.getgofone.co.uk need to be returned via our website on the Returns page.
All returns to GetGoFone are processed online through the ‘My Account’ page. You have 30 days from the item being delivered to return it for a refund. It can take up to 7 working days for your order to reach the warehouse and be processed. Please note, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
We do not offer product exchanges. If your item is faulty, you will have the option for a replacement if it is in warranty. If you wish to exchange your order for a different product, you will have to request a refund first.
Currently, we are only accepting orders within the UK.
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team who will help you track it down.
Login to the My Account page and select the Edit Account option. Here you will see the Change My Password section. Enter your existing password in the field provided and then enter you new password in the two fields below.
When you login and open the My Account page you will see a profile image top left. Press on the profile image to open a popup where you can upload a profile image for your prefile. Please make image no greater than 500px x 500px and no greater that 300k in file site. We accept either .jpg, .png or .gif image formats.
When you placed your order you would have recieved an email with your order details and a link to your order page. Your Tracking number will be updated to your order page as soon as your item is shipped and one has been assigned.
