Where can I view my orders?

All your orders can be viewed in your My Account page. Click of the user profile icon top right of the site.

I’ve received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

As soon as you discover that you’ve received an incorrectitem, please contact our Customer Service Team with the following information:

  • The order number. This started with GGF- and can be found in your order email.
  • A description of the item you’ve received
  • A description of the item that you‘re missing.

We will aim to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?

As soon as you discover that you’re missing an item from your order, please contact our Customer Service Team with the following information:

  • The order number – This should start with GGF- on your order email.
  • A description of the item that youre missing.

I’ve received a faulty item, what should I do?

As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Service Team with the following information:

  • The order number – This starts with GGF- in your order email.
  • The faulty item’s name and number. Find this after the product title (#xxxx) in your order email.
  • A description of the fault.

We will aim to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Where can I find the details for my order?

When you made your purchase you should have received an email with all your order details and a link to your order page.

If you registered when you made your purchase then you can login to your account and view all your order details on yout My Account page.
