How do I return or exchange my item?
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you are exchanging an item, we will send you the new item once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy criteria.
Please note that shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or the wrong item was shipped to you.

Where is my item?

Can I collect or return my item in store?
We are unable to offer collection from a Vodafone store.
